Welcome to ll44. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and ll44 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering an account on, or making use of any service offered through ll44 — including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, or any other gaming product — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ll44 is an international online gaming platform available to eligible players in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in English, and the English version of this document is the authoritative version in all circumstances. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ll44 platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the ll44 registration process, logging into an existing account, or otherwise using any part of the ll44 platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted through ll44, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino play, slots, crash games, tournament participation, bonus claims, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support interactions. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on ll44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ll44 strictly prohibits any person under the age of 21 from registering an account or engaging in any form of gambling on the platform. ll44 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may maintain only one (1) registered account on ll44. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be registered under any self-exclusion programme or voluntarily excluded from gambling services at the time of registration or at any point while your account remains active.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ll44 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

ll44 conducts identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a government-issued national identification card, passport, or other acceptable identification documents before withdrawals are processed or account limits are adjusted. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds or account restrictions.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your ll44 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify ll44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
• ll44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your login credentials.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the platform on your behalf.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email address and mobile number associated with your account. You must keep these contact details current and inform ll44 promptly of any changes.
• ll44 may require periodic account re-verification or step-up authentication for security purposes, particularly before processing large withdrawal requests.

Account balances held on ll44 are non-transferable between accounts and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. ll44 accounts are for personal use only and may not be operated as commercial services or on behalf of syndicates or groups.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ll44 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum withdrawal limits, and processing times may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the account cashier section.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (or as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction).
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods such as bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• Same method rule: Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same payment method used for deposits, subject to method availability and KYC completion.
• Currency: All transactions on ll44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ll44 does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.
• Fees: ll44 does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ll44 accepts no responsibility.
• Verification requirement: ll44 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts above internal thresholds.
• Declined transactions: ll44 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits or withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ll44 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply across all ll44 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified for each promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ll44 reserves the right to exclude specific players from bonus offers at its sole discretion.

• Abuse prevention: Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including through multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated tools — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account closure.
• BPL and seasonal promotions: During BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh promotional periods, additional terms specific to those campaigns will be communicated via the ll44 promotions page and registered player email addresses.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ll44 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. ll44 will not accept claims for voiding or reversing confirmed bets based on player error.

• Odds: All odds displayed on ll44 are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of bet placement and confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Void bets: ll44 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or where a clear and manifest error in odds or market data has occurred.
• Maximum winnings: ll44 may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per event, or per day. These limits will be communicated in the applicable game or market rules.
• Live betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. ll44 does not guarantee continuous live market availability during any event and reserves the right to suspend markets at any time.
• Casino and RNG games: All casino and slot games offered on ll44 use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. ll44 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Crash games: Crash game outcomes (including Aviator, Limbo, and similar titles) are determined by provably fair algorithms operated by the respective game providers. ll44 has no control over individual round outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ll44 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one ll44 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or assisting a person under 21 in accessing or using the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity in connection with any sporting event.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the platform, whether or not such errors result in financial gain.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the security, functionality, or integrity of the ll44 platform.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing ll44 accounts or account balances.
• Colluding with other players in casino table games, poker, or any other competitive game format.

ll44 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in investigation, account suspension, and forfeiture of any balances held. ll44 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

8 Responsible Gaming

ll44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take that responsibility seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the account settings area:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the player at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Players may set a maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the period resets.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ll44 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, trademarks, service marks, and the "ll44" brand name and identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of ll44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ll44 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display publicly, or commercially exploit any content or software from the ll44 platform without prior written authorisation from ll44.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ll44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ll44 platform or any of its services.

• ll44 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.
• ll44 is not liable for losses resulting from network connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions that affect your ability to access the platform or complete a transaction.
• ll44 is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios, or data feed providers.
• In all cases, ll44's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

ll44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious account activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or KYC procedures within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, financial crime, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance of verified real-money funds (excluding bonus funds and funds subject to an active investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. ll44 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected.

12 Amendments to Terms

ll44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility criteria, bonus conditions, withdrawal policies, or player rights — registered players will be notified via the email address registered on their account or through a platform notification, no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the ll44 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected]. 13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which ll44 operates. ll44 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any particular national court as a matter of general principle; however, ll44 remains committed to fair dispute resolution for all players.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, bonus, or account matter, players must first contact the ll44 support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through the internal complaints procedure. ll44 will aim to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, players may escalate the matter through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as communicated by ll44 support.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that you may have as a consumer under mandatory applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
